MAYFIELD DUPLICATE BRIDGE CLUB

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Tuesday 17th April 2012

 

The twenty-eighth Annual General Meeting of the Mayfield Duplicate Bridge Club will be held at St. John’s Church Hall on Tuesday 17th April 2012 commencing at 7:30 pm.  After the formal business is completed, the usual duplicate session will be played. No table money will be charged.

 

All members are invited to attend, and the Committee hopes that as many members as possible will be able to do so.

 

AGENDA

 

1.                 Apologies for Absence.

2.                 Minutes of the twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting held on 19th April 2011.  These are posted on the Notice Board and it is hoped that they will be taken as read.  Should any member wish to have a personal copy, this can be obtained from the Secretary, Adrian Patrick.

 

3.                 Reports from Officers

(a)                The Chairman

(b)               The Hon. Secretary

(c)                The Hon. Treasurer

(d)               The Captain – this includes the presentation of cups and prizes

 

There will be copies of the reports, including the 2011/12 accounts, on the notice board in advance of the Meeting and these will be taken as read.  Any member wishing to have a copy beforehand should apply to Adrian Patrick.

 

4.                 Elections and Appointments

(a)                Officers – Chairman: Hon. Secretary: Hon. Treasurer

(b)               Committee – 8 other members

(c)                Hon. Auditor

All nominations must be received in writing to Adrian Patrick at least 7 days prior to the Meeting.

 

5.                 Any Other Business

 

Any other subject that you wish to raise must be received in writing at least 7 days before the Meeting to guarantee its inclusion in the Agenda.
