ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - Tuesday 25th April 2006

The twenty-second Annual general Meeting of the Mayfield Duplicate Bridge Club will be held at St. John's Church Hall on Tuesday 25th April 2006 commencing at 7:15 pm. After the formal business is completed, the usual duplicate session will be played. No table money will be charged.

Please note the later time of 7:15pm.
This is contrary to the statement in the last Newsletter because we now find that the Ballet class will be using the Hall before us.

All members are invited to attend, and the Committee hopes that as many members as possible will be able to do so.

AGENDA

1	Minutes of the twenty-first Annual general Meeting held on 12th April 2005. These are posted on the Notice Board and it is hoped that they will be taken as read. Should any member wish to have a personal copy, this can be obtained from the Secretary, Rosemary Rice.
2	Reports from Officers (a) The Chairman (b) The Hon. Secretary (c) The Captain - this includes the presentation of cups and prizes (d) The Hon. Treasurer There will be copies of the reports, including the 2005/6 accounts, on the notice board in advance of the Meeting and these will be taken as read. Any member wishing to have a copy beforehand should apply to Rosemary Rice.
3	Elections and Appointments (a) Officers - Chairman: Hon. Secretary: Hon. Treasurer (b) Committee - 8 other members (c) Hon. Auditor All nominations must be received in writing to Rosemary Rice at least 7 days prior to the Meeting.
4	Any Other Business Any other subject that you wish to raise must be received in writing at least 7 days before the Meeting to guarantee its inclusion in the Agenda.
